A Clearer Helixrack Site for Pricing, Intake, and Shipping

On July 15, 2026, we published a revised Helixrack site built around the questions customers ask before sending a server. Pricing, facility capabilities, receiving expectations, and the intake path now have clear homes instead of being scattered across email replies.

Start with the decision

The current pricing page shows the published base plans and metered charges. How It Works explains the handoff from specifications to remote access. The fit-review form lists the information we need before we can confirm fit or provide receiving instructions.

Those pages are intended to answer four practical questions:

• What is included in the service?
• What information is needed for a useful estimate?
• Can the proposed hardware fit the available power, cooling, network, and handling envelope?
• What happens after an approved shipment arrives?

Clearer service boundaries

You own and administer the hardware. Helixrack operates the approved rack position, facility power and cooling, receiving, facility-side network handoff, metering, and authorized physical work. The operating system, applications, accounts, encryption, backups, and workload-specific obligations remain with you unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Publishing that boundary early makes comparison easier. It also keeps an intake conversation focused on the actual machine instead of leaving either side to assume what “hosting” includes.

One source for each decision

The site separates general service information from deployment approval. Public pages explain the standard offer and the questions we use during review. A written estimate confirms the price and service boundary for the proposed configuration. Receiving instructions come only after that review is complete.

This matters when a machine has unusual power, airflow, weight, network, or handling requirements. The public description gives you a useful starting point; the written intake reply records the answer for the actual hardware.

Confirm before shipping

An open rack unit is not automatic approval. Chassis depth, weight, airflow, power inputs, expected draw, network requirements, and maintenance access can all change where—or whether—a server fits.

Send the exact model and configuration first. We will review the request and, if it fits, provide the receiving information for that deployment. Do not send hardware to an address found elsewhere or rely on a previous customer’s instructions.

The revised site is a living service reference. Current prices, targets, availability, and policies may change, so use the live pages and the written intake confirmation when making a shipment decision.
